The Mundare Sausage

Have you seen the Mundare sausage? Ah what a beautiful work of art! A huge looped replica of a ring of tasty wonders. This is a town made famous by the meat it makes, but there's more. Apparently Mundare is a caring, giving community, and just to make sure all outsiders are aware of that, a sign has been posted at the foot of the sausage. A heart-shaped sign that reads "Small Town -- Big Heart".
Now, if you walk to the edge of the gas pumps at the Esso across the street and view this monument to all huge sausages, the molded meat loses its three-dimensional look, and all you can see is a balony chub instead of a sausage, a huge phallic shape pointing rigidly into the sky. With the heart-shaped community sign placed strategically at the base, it looks ever so much like a twig and berries. The nearby Glendon perogy has been mocked and reviled because of its shape; I find it ironic that, just a few miles down the road, the sausage will surely suffer the same fate.
